What does The Potato Project do?
The mission of the Potato Project is to “Connect entire communities to healthy, local, sustainable food.” We accomplish this mission by growing fresh food at our farm sites, then working to make this food affordable and accessible through things like our FarmBox program and our “Pay What You Can” Farm Stand.
